Vaše Liga is a Czech based amateur league, which connects badminton, tennis, squash players, they also run or play beach volleyball and a few other sports. The founders of Vaše Liga enjoy creating poetry, for whatever reason/occasion - for example, somebody lost a match and the bet was - who ever loses, he/she has to write a poem. Or, a new poem might get written to celebrate someone's birthday. My task was to take the collection of poems from the recent years, and create something edgy, Czech, unconventional. Something that would go along Vaše Liga's values or "rules" of always having fun and it's ok to make fun of ourselves! The book was sent as a Christmas present to members of Vaše Liga. The design of the ebook is mainly inspired by the design of some classic Czech poetry collections, which were published and compulsory to read at school during the communism in Czechoslovakia.
